When we arrived it was difficult to see inside the hangar.
The hangar served as the pit area for our cars and sleeping quarters for us. I slept in the hatch of my car.
This hangar served as the grid area. It was nice having shade from the sun in 90 degree weather.
The asphalt became so hot that it was destroying our tires after only a few runs.
To me this is the equivalent of that “beach vacation” picture that people use for their desktops. It was a blast.
